The Chalet is the first mountain hut that encountered when entering the field and is the nerve center of the field itself. In front of the Chalet, in fact, there is the Lawn of ST. Nicolao, with a fountain of drinking water, the circle of fire, the altar of the S. Mass and the flag-raising ceremony. In the vicinity there are the toilet female and a little distant, those for men, a large kitchen, the storage of poles for constructions, canoes and boats sorage, the materials warehouse.

On the ground floor: room of the fireplace, small local input, galley with storage materials. On the first floor: two rooms with wood burning stove. Kitchen (in adjacent building): four gas hobs, oven and sink; outside brazier to grill. It is available drinking water, and electricity, thanks to a generator and the solar panels.

Accommodation capacity: 25-30 people with sleeping bags.
